Vypo is provided for lawful business use only. You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform and its AI capabilities without explicit written permission from our administration.
2. User Responsibility
As a registered business owner on Vypo, you agree to the following commitments:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial and business data you enter.
- You must keep your login credentials and API keys completely secure.
- You are responsible for compliance with local business laws, taxes, and GST regulations.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to Vypo's Pro and Premium features requires an active subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance via our secure payment gateway. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
4. Service Availability
We aim for maximum 99.9% uptime to keep your business running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Routine maintenance, server updates, or AI model upgrades may cause temporary downtime.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities, platform abuse, or violation of these terms without prior notice to protect our system's integrity.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vypo provides tools to assist your business but shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use this platform.
